COVERAGE CODES THIS YEAR
We are very saddened to announce we
will no longer be able to offer coverage codes. We realize that this
is very distressing news after five years of having coverage codes.
This unfortunate situation is due to the economy and the fact that
vendors no longer have the financial resources to support local and
regional seminars. In addition to the coverage codes
many of the vendors also not only purchased tables at the seminar but
also contributed gifts and supported other items such as the morning
coffee and snacks.
We would like to thank all of the
vendors that have supported the Texas State Mammography Seminar in the
past and we wish them much luck and prosperity in the future. Also, to
all of those who have lost their jobs due to the economy our thoughts
and prayers are with you.
We want to confirm our commitment to
providing high-quality continuing education to the radiology
community.
Because of our commitment we have
chosen to move the Texas State Mammography Seminar From Humble, Texas
to Deer Park, Texas which is basically on the opposite side of the
city of Houston. We have been using the facility in Deer Park
since 2004 for our other x-ray seminar. While this facility will seat
less participants than the previous facility and has extremely limited
room for vendors it is a beautiful facility with extremely comfortable
chairs and a nice park outside where you can have your
lunch.
